Timothy J. Devine, MD
Dr. Devine is a Scripps-fellowship-trained Cardiologist (with an Associate Fellowship in Integrative Medicine), Navy Veteran, and former Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Dr. Devine has specialized in diagnostic tests and minimally invasive procedures for a range of heart issues. He has used methods such as angiograms, echocardiograms, heart monitors, nuclear imaging, stress tests, and right heart catheterizations to diagnose cardiac conditions. He has performed advanced, often lifesaving heart procedures, including cardioversions, pericardiocentesis, and placing transvenous pacemakers.
Dr. Devine prioritizes a clear and streamlined client experience, working to provide a smooth transition from diagnostic testing to prevention and management. He believes that everyone possesses the power to choose health over disease and transform from patienthood to personhood. He has studied ways to improve the healthcare delivery system and believes that Cardiac Point of Care’s proactive, user-friendly model provides superior care which is often missing in our current insurance- dominant system. He is also passionate about medical education, specifically teaching the art of medicine to premedical/medical students, residents and fellows.
Dr. Devine has published his findings in peer-reviewed journals, including Annals of Internal Medicine and Current Cardiology Reviews. He has also shared his research at national conferences, including the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, and the American Society of Nephrology.

Shubhangini C. Devine, MD
Dr. Shubhangini Devine’s roots in health were formed under the influence of Ayurveda – the science of life. Personally, she has always identified with the less advantaged. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Devine has served our service members in Navy Medicine. She was one of the first physicians to adopt acupuncture as an analgesic substitute for the internationally recognized Wounded Warrior Program. A mature clinician of more than 20 years, she has been disillusioned by contemporary Medicine’s reactive approach and focus on disease. She cofounded Cardiac Point of Care so people can rediscover healthcare through a true doctor-patient relationship in the comfort of their own home while benefiting from modern point-of-care technologies to assess one’s risk for cardiovascular disease – the number one killer in the world. Dr. Devine’s mission: uphold health and prevent vascular accidents (heart attacks and strokes). Her solution: longitudinal and transformative relationships allowing clients to gain empowering insights into health.
