In one word, what is the Product of Westernized Medicine that should be sold to the people?
I think the answer to this question is found in our past. Growing up as a child with asthma, I would frequent Dr. Hegarty’s pediatric office on the outskirts of Philadelphia. This single-story, brick building had two physical entrances: one for the sick and one for the healthy. Having asthma (environmentally triggered), I was directed to the sick entrance. At the front desk, I would stand on the tips of my toes to gain a 180-degree view of the healthy side of the building. I observed that the children would receive lollipops while exiting as opposed to the complimentary stickers which would be applied to my wheezy chest. From an early age, I always wanted to be on the side of Health.
One day, I hope the people who enter the offices and hospitals of America realize that life is a choice between Health and Disease. They will immediately know what the Product of Medicine is and the program which allows them to acquire that Product.
